Oilseed Processing at Our Production Facilities

We provide oilseed processing services at our own production facilities. We work with raw material batches where what matters isn't just the fact of processing itself, but a controlled production route: intake, weighing, laboratory assessment, preparation, processing, storage, and subsequent shipment of the output products.

The service is suited to agricultural producers, traders, owners of oilseed raw material batches, and companies that need a finished product without building their own plant. You hand over the raw material for processing, and we manage the batch at a facility equipped with production, storage, laboratory, and logistics infrastructure.

We work with sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, cake, and other oilseed raw materials by prior agreement. Each crop has its own quality parameters, production conditions, and expected outcome. That's why, before starting the work, we agree on the type of raw material, batch volume, quality parameters, processing format, and further steps with the finished product.

For the client, this is convenient because the key stages of working with a batch are concentrated within a single production loop. The raw material goes through intake, assessment, production processing, and preparation of the processed products for further storage or shipment. This is especially important for wholesale batches, where accounting accuracy, quality, logistics, and storage conditions affect the economics of the entire partnership.

Which crops and raw materials we accept for processing

Our core focus is oilseed processing — primarily sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, and related oilseed raw materials. The specific format of the work depends on the crop, batch quality, volume, the expected output product, and the client's production task.

Sunflower is the core crop of our production line. We process sunflower seeds and produce unrefined sunflower oil, meal, cake, and related products. The facility is set up for intake, cleaning, raw material preparation, pressing, extraction, oil storage, and handling of processing by-products.

Soybean and rapeseed can be accepted for processing based on agreed quality parameters and processing conditions. For soybean, it's important to account for moisture, impurities, protein content, GMO status, and other batch parameters. For rapeseed — moisture, foreign and oil admixture, oil content, glucosinolates, and other quality indicators. That's why it's best to agree on the characteristics of such batches before the raw material is actually delivered to the facility.

We also work separately with cake and other oilseed raw materials, when such processing matches our production capabilities and the client's task. We don't apply a single template approach to every crop: we first assess the actual condition of the batch, the production feasibility, the possible product yield, and the logistics involved.

What result you get after processing

The processing result depends on the crop, raw material quality, its oil content, moisture, impurities, the technological route, and the agreed cooperation format. In general terms, the client can receive oil, meal, cake, technical oil, or other processed products, which can then be used in their own production, sold, or shipped to end buyers.

When processing sunflower, the main products are unrefined sunflower oil, sunflower meal, cake, and husk. This option suits clients who have their own seed batch and want to obtain commercially viable products from it without setting up their own production.

When working with soybean or rapeseed, the result and technological conditions are agreed separately, depending on the batch characteristics and the client's task. This helps avoid situations where expectations regarding yield, quality, or further use of the product don't match the actual raw material parameters.

Before starting the work, we agree on the expected result, the accounting format, the batch specifics, and further steps with the processed products. You know exactly what you're handing over for processing, how the process will be organized, and what result to expect once processing is complete.

How the batch processing process is organized

Oilseed processing starts with properly organizing the batch. Before launching the work, it's important to agree on the crop, volume, quality parameters, expected result, and the further movement of products after processing. This reduces the risk of misunderstandings at the intake stage and allows the optimal route for the raw material to be defined right away.

The batch goes through intake, weighing, laboratory assessment, preparation, and production processing. After that, the output products can be stored, prepared for shipment, or passed on further according to an agreed logistics scenario. This approach is especially important for B2B clients working with wholesale volumes who plan the batch economics in advance.

Intake, weighing, and laboratory control

Our facilities have automated raw material intake in place. For weighing, we use truck scales with KELI QS-A load cells, Altec positioning sensors, a KELI duplicate display, and a KELI XK3118T weighing indicator. This helps accurately record the batch weight, reduce the risk of disputes, and ensure correct accounting of the raw material when it's handed over for processing.

We check raw material quality in our own production and technology laboratory. We use an Infrascan-105, a PM-450 grain moisture meter, laboratory mills, a drying cabinet, a sieve shaker, sample dividers, sieves, and other equipment to analyze batch parameters. For the client, this means processing decisions rely on actual raw material parameters, not rough estimates.

Laboratory assessment matters for every crop, but especially for batches where the result depends on moisture, impurities, oil content, protein, glucosinolates, or other quality characteristics. When these indicators are clear before the batch enters production, it's easier to agree on terms and forecast the expected result.

Production route and further work with the products

After intake and assessment, the raw material follows a production route based on the crop, its condition, and the agreed task. For sunflower, the facility has processes in place for seed preparation, separating kernel from husk, pressing, extraction, and further handling of the oil and related products.

The production loop uses A9-MPSh-20-2 presses, Zh-200 and Zh-120 roasters, extraction equipment, conveyors, elevators, tanks, and other technological infrastructure. For other oilseed crops, the route is agreed depending on the type of raw material, its parameters, and the expected result.

Once the production stage is complete, it's important to properly organize the handling of the processed products. They may need storage, shipment, transportation, or further preparation for sale. That's why what matters to the client isn't just the processing itself, but also the ability to support the batch after the finished product leaves production.

Why price shouldn't be the only factor when choosing a processing contractor

Processing cost matters, but it shouldn't be the only criterion for choosing a contractor. As the owner of a batch, it's important to understand how the facility receives raw material, how it records weight, how it checks quality, how it organizes the production route, and what happens to the products once the process is complete.

In oilseed processing, a lot depends on the details. Moisture, impurities, oil content, protein, batch condition, storage conditions, and logistics affect the result just as much as the per-ton rate. If a contractor lacks a laboratory, accurate weighing, a storage base, or production infrastructure, the client faces higher risks of delays, inaccurate accounting, and organizational losses.

A reliable processing contractor isn't just about equipment — it's an organized system for handling the batch. What matters is that the raw material is received, weighed, checked, and processed, and that the result is prepared for further use or shipment according to the agreed scenario.

What crop processing at our facility gives you

Crop processing at our facility gives the client not just a single production operation, but a full infrastructure for handling the batch. We have production complexes in the Mykolaiv region, storage and technological buildings, automated intake, truck scales, a laboratory, a tank farm, silos, transport, and equipment for moving raw material within the production process.

The total floor area of our production complexes exceeds 2,900 m², and the total land plot area is more than 3.3 hectares. Raw material is stored in metal silos, oil is handled through a tank farm, and logistics are supported by our own fleet of 18 vehicles.

For the sunflower line, the daily processing capacity is up to 150 tonnes of seeds. The facility operates an oil mill, an extraction shop, storage areas, technological buildings, A9-MPSh-20-2 presses, Zh-200 and Zh-120 roasters, a YJP500 extractor, and other equipment. This makes it possible to organize batch processing with a clear production route and controlled output results.

Common mistakes clients make when ordering processing

One common mistake is choosing a contractor based on processing price alone. If intake quality, weighing accuracy, laboratory control, storage, and further product logistics aren't taken into account, a lower price may not deliver the expected savings.

A second mistake is handing over raw material without first agreeing on its quality and the expected result. Moisture, impurities, oil content, protein, glucosinolates, GMO status, or other indicators can significantly affect production feasibility and the processing outcome.

A third mistake is not planning the further movement of products after processing. Oil, meal, cake, or other products need to be stored, shipped, transported, or passed on for sale or into the client's own production. If this isn't accounted for before the work starts, even well-executed processing can create additional organizational difficulties.

Who the crop processing service is for

The service suits agricultural producers who have their own batch of oilseed raw material and want to turn it into a finished product without investing in their own plant. It's convenient whenever sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, or other agreed raw material needs processing, so the resulting products can be used in the client's own business or sold on the market.

Crop processing also suits traders, suppliers, and companies that work with wholesale batches and want to increase the commercial value of their raw material. Instead of selling the crop in its raw form, the client can obtain processed products that have a different use format, different demand, and broader opportunities for further sale.

What you get by working with us

Working with us gives you a controlled oilseed processing workflow — from the first batch agreement to receiving the output products. We organize intake, weighing, laboratory assessment, the production route, storage, logistics, and further product shipment according to an agreed scenario.

For you, this means more control over the batch, fewer operational gaps, and the ability to work with a facility that has its own production base, laboratory, vehicle fleet, storage infrastructure, and experience in agricultural raw material processing.

That's why crop processing with us isn't just a production service. It's an opportunity to hand over oilseed raw material to a facility with real capacity, go through controlled processing, and get a finished result you can keep working with — storing it, shipping it, using it in your own production, or selling it on the market.
