Production infrastructure

The complex comprises two separate sites in the Mykolaiv region, which together handle the receipt of raw materials, their storage, processing, laboratory testing, and preparation of finished products for shipment. This structure allows the process to be organized in a sequential manner, without overlapping the functions of the different areas.

Receipt of raw materials

A dedicated logistics hub for receiving, accumulating, and storing. It features automated weighing systems, optical vehicle positioning, and seed handling stations. It ensures accurate inventory tracking and organized distribution of each batch from the very start of the route.

Core production

The core of the facility, which brings together the oil mill, the oil extraction unit, the boiler equipment, and a certified production and technology laboratory. Concentrating the key processing stages on a single site allows for a fully continuous and closed-loop sunflower seed processing cycle.

Storage and Engineering

A comprehensive automated system comprising grain silos and storage tanks of various capacities for finished oil and related products. Together with auxiliary units (cooling tower, transformer, water tower), it ensures the facility’s complete self-sufficiency, flexibility in handling batches, and consistent, on-schedule shipments.
